A machine for fatigue testing under the joint action of pure bending and torque moment

This paper describes a machine for fatigue testing of specimens of materials and structural elements under the joint action of pure bending and torque moment. We discuss the loading setup of the machine and the design and kinematic features of the mechanisms, which eliminate the mutual influence of the loading components.
