江汉湖区浅层大位移定向井长10X井井眼轨迹控制技术

摘    要:长10X井是江汉油田为实现长湖区块“湖油陆采”部署的一口浅层大位移双目标定向斜井,该井在没有顶部驱动、无随钻测井情况下,利用自主开发技术,依托油田定向井技术在Φ311.15 mm井眼,运用“PDC+单弯螺杆+有线随钻”组成的钻具组合系统,在造斜段选择范围小、地层松软的情况下,实施浅层(井深284 m)定向造斜,完钻井深2030 m,完钻垂深1462.22 m,水平位移1238.26 m,位移与垂深比为0.85的定向钻井,采用有线随钻仪器,钻成浅层大位移定向井。长10X成功钻探,初步形成了一套用有线随钻测斜仪钻探位移/垂深大于0.85大位移定向钻井技术,扩大了有线随钻测斜仪应用范围,为其它油田勘探和开发类似区块提供了经验。

Abstract:Chang Well 10X is a shallow directional well with big displacement and dual targets arranged by Jianghan oilfield to realize the purpose of “oil in offshore exploited in onshore” in Changhu lake block. Without top drive and MWD, using the drilling tool composite system of “PDC+ mono bending screw+ steering tool”, under the conditions of the kickoff section having small selecting range and the formations being weak, the shallow (depth 284 m) directional kickoff is conducted in the borehole Φ311.15 mm. The new directional drilling record is created with the well depth 2030 m, the vertical depth 1462.22 m, the horizontal displacement 1238.26 m, and the ratio 0.85 for the displacement vs. the vertical depth. It is realized the shallow directional well with big displacement is completed with steering tool. With success drilling of Well Chang 10X, the directional drilling technology with big displacement for displacement/vertical depth ratio more than 0.85 is developed using steering tool, and the using range of steering tool is expanded, which provides reference and experience for the other oilfields to explore and exploit the similar blocks.
