| 摘 要： | 随着我国国民经济和社会的迅速发展，用传统的土地资源研究方法和管理手段对当今信息时代的土地资源利用进行动态管理已显得十分不宜。面临着土地资源浪费严重、土地利用率低、土地信息管理落后等种种矛盾。而利用GIS技术、RS技术、GSP技术、MIS技术、DBMS技术、ES技术和DBS技术以及多种技术的集成，来对土地资源的变化进行动态管理和对有关资料信息进行及时更新已势在必行。

| Abstract: | With rapid development of civil economy and society in China,the traditional study method and management means is not suitable to manage land resource in information age. There are variety conflicts, for instance, severity waste of land resource, low ratio of land utility, drop behind of land information management and so on. On the other hand, it is a necessary to dynamic manage changes and renew information of land resource in time by making use of GIS, RS, GPS, MIS, DBMS, ES and integration of multi-technology. |
