| 摘 要： | 珠海发电厂700MW进口机组在调试期间汽轮发电机盘车装置轮齿损坏的原因主要是盘车第二级减速主动齿轮设计强度裕度不足。重点介绍了盘车轮齿损坏后的检查分析、采取的修复方法和相应的改进和防范措施。

| Abstract: | Damages to turbine turning gear in commissioning of Unit 1 in Zhuhai Power Station are presented. The main cause for the damage lies in lack of strength in teeth design. The ways of analysis, modification and countermeasures against the damage are proposed. |
