| 摘 要： | 研究了处理铝硅比为4—6的铝土矿烧结串联法工艺。试验表明，串联法中Ⅰ段烧结最佳条件：碱比为1.2、烧结温度1100℃、烧结时间40min；Ⅱ段烧结最佳条件：钙比2．25、烧结温度1200℃、烧结时间20min；烧结串联工艺氧化铝溶出率ηA标可达98．05％，总的化学碱耗为每吨氧化铝耗碱11．59kg。
