浅探加压100N/双锭在高效工艺的实践

摘    要:以加压为100N/双锭在高效工艺纺纱的探索为主线,提出了"轻加压、柔控制"的工艺思想,分析其对与之配套的胶圈、胶辊的要求;通过纺纱实践,说明了加压为100N/双锭纺纱在高效工艺运行具有可行性。指出:上、下胶圈的运行稳定性和同步性以及低硬度高弹性胶辊的应用是纺纱成功的关键,纺纱牵伸理论应与能量守恒定律相结合;轻加压、柔控制思想还需进一步深入探索。

Abstract:As to the subject of application of the twin spindle on the high efficiency process,the paper puts forth the theory of "light pressure with flexible control". Analysis is done to the re- quirement on the cot and the apron in the process. Spinning trials proves the feasibility of the twin spindle 100 N in the high efficiency process. Conclusion is made that the performance sta- bility and synchronization of both the up and bottom apron together with the application of the cot with low rigidity and high elasticity is critical in successful spinning. The draft theory should be combined with the law of energy conservation. More effort should be put on light pressure with flexible control.
