杭州湾跨海大桥腐蚀控制措施评析

本文对杭州湾跨海大桥所处的腐蚀环境和所采取的腐蚀控制措施进行了介绍,对大桥所采取的腐蚀控制措施进行了评析.文章指出,杭州湾大桥的建设部门从大桥的全寿命期内考虑桥梁的总成本、在不同部位针对不同的腐蚀环境采取十几种腐蚀控制措施、将防腐蚀工程单独招标、主动防腐蚀以及将多项腐蚀控制技术首次应用到我国桥梁上,都在我国桥梁腐蚀控制中具有突破性的意义.工程中存在施工不精细等同题,也反映出我国相关防腐蚀标准不足等问题.在附件中,对杭州湾大桥所采用的部分腐蚀控制措施进行了简单介绍.

Comment on the Corrosion Control Measurements for Hangzhou Bay Bridge

The corrosive environment and the measurements of corrosion control for Hangzhou Bay Bridge were introduced, and the measurements used were commented in this paper. The organization of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge project analyzed the total cost in the whole life of the bridge and adopted series of corrosion control measurements. The breakthroughs of the bidding, notion, and the techniques in the project were reviewed. The deficiencies of the project, the questions of Chinese anti-corrosion industry, e.g. the lack of correlative standards, were commented too.
