摘    要:利用近红外光谱快速测定桉木硫酸盐浆的卡伯值和水分。经过内部、外部以及重现性检验,结果表明通过红外方法建立起来的纸浆卡伯值和水分预测模型具有良好的测量准确度及重现性,与传统的实验室化学检测方相比具有快速、准确和环保的优点。

Abstract:The Kappa number and moisture content of eucalyptus kraft pulp were measured rapidly by near infrared spectrum. The resulted experiment manifest that mathematical models of Kappa number and moisture content established by NIR were very reliable after the internal inspection, external inspection and repeatability test, and this method was precise, short-time consuming and environment friendly.
