摘    要:用悬浮液进样-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定湘玉竹中铜,样品经烘干、研磨、过筛配制琼脂悬浮液,直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰测定.本法测定加标回收率为97.8%~99.7%.方法的RSD小于2.5%(n=6),检测限为0.0038μg.mL-1.

Abstract:Cu in polygonatum odoratum(MiLL) druce is determined by FAAS adopting suspension sample intruction.Samples are dried,sieved and made into agar suspension to be injected into air-acetylene flame for determination.Recovery rate of standard addition is 97.8%~99.7%.RSD is less than 2.5% and the detection limit is 0.0038(g/mL.
