| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前最常见的两种高层住宅类型，即板式高层住宅和塔式高层住宅，以郑州市为例，将这两种高层住宅进行了对比分析，得出：板式高层住宅和塔式高层住宅各具千秋，不能片面发展，应结合用地状况将二者适当控制，以获得较好的综合效益。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the present common two types of high-rise residences, they are plate type high-rise residence and tower type high-rise residence. As Zhengzhou city for example, it has a comparison and analysis on these two types of high-rise residences. Come to the conclusion, the plate type high-rise residence and tower type high-rise residence have their own advantages and can not unilateral development. They should combine the comprehensive land using situation to develop the two types of residences, to get a better comprehensive efficiency. |
