埋地钢质浓硫酸输送管线的风险评价

摘    要:通过某化肥厂所属从码头罐区到生产厂区的埋地钢质浓硫酸输送管线风险评价实例,介绍了运用于埋地浓硫酸管线的半定量风险评价方法的原理、评价过程步骤、评价中所使用的关系管线运行安全及经济性的失效因素,以及对风险评价后果的不同风险区段的风险分析,提出了运营企业降低管线风险所应采取的措施。

Risk Assessment of Buried Steel High-concentration Sulfuric Acid Pipelines

Abstract:Based upon a case study of a buffed high - concentration sulfuric acid steel pipeline from jetty tank farm to the production area of a fertilizer plant, the principles and procedures of semi - quantitative risk assessment of buffed oil high - concentration sulfuric acid pipeline, the risk factors used in risk assessment related to safety and economics of pipeline operation and risk analysis of different risk sections are described. The measures for risk reduction in pipeline operation are recommended.
