摘    要:为了使非圆齿轮节曲线的设计及计算更加精确快速,以高阶椭圆非圆齿轮为研究对象,根据非圆齿轮的啮合原理,建立起非圆齿轮节曲线的数学模型。采用MATLAB仿真计算软件,根据数值计算方法,对椭圆齿轮节曲线的凹凸性进行判断并对其弧长进行精确计算。运用三次样条插值法进行拟合,绘制出齿轮副的节曲线图形。最后,以椭圆齿轮副的传动比曲线为研究对象,重点讨论了传动比与齿轮副阶数及偏心率的变化关系。

Abstract:To make non-circular pitch curve of gear design and calculations are more accurately and quickly,as the Higher-order elliptical non-circular gears to study,according to the meshing theory of non-circular gears,established pitch curve of non-circular gear mathematical model.
