棉花滩水电站高石粉人工砂混凝土性能试验研究

摘    要:棉花滩水电开发有限公司对不同含量的高石粉人工砂混土的配合比、抗压强度、极限伸拉值、抗拉弹横、抗渗及干缩性能等进行的试验研究结果表明:含适量石粉的人工砂具有改善混凝土性能的作用,通过对石粉含量为12%、16%、21%的混凝土的性能试验,得出石粉含量为16%的混凝土综合性能最佳,可在棉花滩水电站常态混凝土中应用。

Abstract:The Fujian Mianhuatan Hydropower Development Co. Ltd. tested and studied the properties of the artificial sand concrete with different contents of stone powder, such as mix proportion, compressive strength, ultimate elongation value, tensile elastic modulus, impermeability and drying shrinkage. The test and study results showed that the artificial sand with proper content of stone powder can improve the performance of concrete and the concrete with 16 percent stone powder content has the best comprehensive performance which has applied to the normal concrete in the Mianhuatan Hydropower Station.
