摘    要:文章提出利于计算机表示的产品物元系统模型、产品软硬模型、产品结构模型。基于物元系统模型深入分析了产品的多功能性、一征多产品性、一值多产品性。提出了在一定条件下,同物产品同功、同特征产品同功、同值产品同功的产品创新设计原理。基于产品软硬模型、产品结构模型研究了产品的功能分解、产品功能与产品构件的函数关系、产品功能与产品结构的函数关系。新模型和新原理为开发支持产品创新设计的智能CAD打下了良好基础。

Abstract:Matter element system model of products,soft-hard model of products and structure model of products are given,which are propitious to representation in computer.This paper deeply analyzes multi-function property of product,a characteristic with multi-product and a value with multi-product by matter element system model of products.The inno-vative and creative principlesa such as″the products with same matter element have same function under certain condi-tions″,″the products with same characteristics have same function under certain conditions″,″the products with same val-ues have same function under certain conditions″are proposed.Moreover the paper studies function decomposition of products,functional relation between function and components of production,and functional relation between function and structure of product.The new models and principles are good base for development of intelligent CAD which can sup-port innovative and creative design of products.
