| Abstract: | Extension of the campaign life of the top-bottom combined blown converter is always the aim which the steel-making plants across the world have been pursuing and control of the end-point carbon-oxygen equilibrium of the converter is an important index for determination of the bottom blow effects in particular.Control of the end-point carbon and oxygen equilibrium in the liquid steel can raise the yield of alloy elements and improve the quality of liquid steel as well. |
