水泥基石墨钢纤维混凝土电热性能研究

摘    要:利用钢纤维和石墨为导电相,采用水泥砂浆渗浇方法,成功配制出水泥及导电复合材料,即石墨水泥砂浆渗浇钢纤维混凝土(GSISFCON),研究了GSISFCA)N通电升温规律,试验结果表明,石墨水泥砂浆渗浇钢纤维混凝土的电阻率低于10Ω·cm,在66.66v/m电压降的绝热条件下,GSISFCON的温升速度可达10℃/h左右。

Abstract:With steel fiber and graphite as conduction phase, the cement and conducted composite material, i.e. graphite slurry infiltrated steel fiber concrete (GSISF(X3N) was prepared successfully with cement mortar infiltration method. The electrifying tenaperature increasing rule of GSISFCON was studied. The testing result indicated that the electrical resistivity of graphite slurry infiltrated steel fiber concrete was less than 10 Ω·cm, The temperature increasing speed of GSISFODN can reach about 10 ℃/h under 66.66 V/m voltage drop thermal insulation situati~.
