摘    要:以LTCC制造技术为基础,自主研制了一种叠层片式EMI滤波器.在研制过程中,通过选择合适的高频介质陶瓷和优化的内电极材料与走线方式,使滤波器获得了超低直流电阻值.测试结果表明:在测试频率为700 kHz时,所制滤波器(2012-103型)的插入损耗值均超过3 dB,而在20 ~200MHz的测试频率范围内,其插入损耗值则均超过25 dB.该滤波器的综合性能完全达到使用要求.

Abstract:A novel kind of multilayer EMI chip filter was designed and fabricated based on the LTCC preparation technique.The filter possessed a super low DC resistance as a result of the employment of suitable high-frequency dielectric ceramics,optimized inner electrode materials and optimized line distribution.The test results show that the insertion loss of the filter(2012-103 type) is above 3 dB when the testing frequency is 700 kHz,while above 25 dB when the testing frequency is in a range of 20-200 MHz.The comprehensive performance of the filter completely fulfills the requirements for practical application.
