摘    要:溪洛渡水电站地下厂房洞室群规模居国内之首,洞室密集、边墙高、跨度大,玄武岩组内层间与层内错动带使岩体非连续性问题突出。为保证洞室群开挖施工达到高质量、高效益和良好的稳定性,施工过程中,采用大量的先进质量控制措施和检测手段,严格控制开挖对岩体的损伤范围,保证了洞室轮廓的良好成型;建立设计、科研、施工一体化的实时监测动态分析反馈系统,根据监测和反演分析成果对支护参数进行动态调整。开挖结束后,围岩最大变形与设计值吻合,洞室整体稳定性较好。总结溪洛渡水电站特大型地下厂房洞室群开挖方法和质量控制措施,对类似工程具有指导和借鉴作用。

Abstract:The scale of the underground powerhouse caverns in Xiluodu Hydropower Station is the first in China,which are intensive,and have high side wall,large span and more intersections.The discontinous problem is serious because of the inner beddings of the basalt.In order to achieve the high quality,high efficiency and good stability during the caverns excavation,a large number of advanced quality control measures and detection methods are used to strictly control the damage range of rocks in excavation,and ensure the good contour of caverns;Simultaneously,the real time monitoring dynamic analysis feedback system of design,research and construction is established.According to the results of monitoring and inversion analysis,the supporting parameters during excavation are eptimized dynamically.The results show that the greatest deformation of surrounding rocks after excavation is identical with the design value,and the cavern stability is well.Therefore,the summary for the excavation methods and quality control measures of the caverns in Xiluodu Hydropower Station could provide some references for similar projects.
