| 摘 要： | 文章对中国石油化工股份有限公司长岭分公司延迟焦化装置进行了风险评估(RBI分析),根据RBI分析结果对装置中的设备和管道进行了风险排序。根据RBI分析结果,识别出装置中设备和管道的主要失效模式,对部分风险排序靠前的设备和管道进行了原因分析,并提出了合理的降低风险的措施。

| Abstract: | The RBI in the delayed coking unit of SINOPEC Changling Petrochemical Company is performed.The risk of equipment and pipes are ranked according to the RBI results.The main failure mechanisms are identified and the equipments and pipes with higher risk are analyzed.The appropriate measures are recommended to ensure their safety. |
