化学镀镍基合金的组织结构和耐蚀性能

摘    要:研究用于金属橡胶复合制品的Q235钢基体上制备替代电镀黄铜层的化学镀镍基合金层。用化学镀方法研制Ni-3.03%P.Ni-6.41%P.Ni-10.08% Cu-2.69%P三种合金镀层.其中Ni-6.41%P和Ni-10.08%Cu-2.69%P为非晶态合金镀层。在硫酸和盐酸腐蚀介质中.非晶态镀层的腐蚀速率低于电镀黄铜层,且三元Ni-10.08%Cu.2.69%P合金层耐蚀性优于二元Ni-6.41%P合金层。

Abstract:The preparation for nickel-based alloys coating as institution of electro-plating brass coating on Q235 steel base used in metal rubber compound products is investigated. Three coatings, Ni-3.03 % P, Ni-6.41% P and Ni-10.08%Cu-2.69% P are prepared by electroless nickel plating process, the Ni-6.41% P and Ni-10.08%Cu-2.69 % P coatings are amorphous alloy coatings, and their corrosion rate in media of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid are lower than electro-plating brass coating. The corrosion resistance Of tri-metal Ni-10.08 % Cu-2.69% P alloy coating is better than that of bi-alloy Ni-6.41% P coating.
