管壳式换热器壳侧强化传热技术的研究与进展

摘    要:指出了传统的弓形折流板管壳式换热器存在的问题,对纵向流、螺旋流及射流换热器中各种强化传热技术的结构特点、强化传热机理、适用场合及其研究现状进行了详细的分析与总结,并提出了管壳式换热器壳侧强化传热技术的发展方向。

Abstract:The defects existed in conventional tube-shell heat exchanger with segmental baffle is pointed out, the structural characteristics, enhanced heat transfer principles, applicable fields and research status of enhanced heat transfer technology in longitudinal flow, plug flow and shooting flow heat exchanger are analyzed and summarized. At last, the development trends of shell-side enhanced heat transfer technology in tube-shell heat exchanger are presented.
