摘    要:大芳烃重整装置K202A/B/C三台往复氢气压缩机采用共用逐级旁通回流的调节方式满足下游工艺系统对气量的要求,这种方式虽能满足下游工艺生产的需要,但造成了能源的巨大浪费。在增上HydroCOM气量无级调节系统后,通过压缩所需要的气量,最大限度的节约能源。经过智能化的液压调节机构,快速、精准地控制压力和流量,实现气量10%~100%的连续调节。压缩机可以平稳启动、切换和停机,驱动电机电流由245A降低到220A,每年可节电110×104kW·h,节能效果显著。
