摘    要:论述了常减压装置节能技术的应用情况和能耗降低的潜力。节能技术在常减压装置电脱盐、余热回收、常压蒸馏、减压抽真空等单元应用取得了一定的成效,能耗由开工初期的11.24kg/t(标油)下降到了目前的8.38kg/t(标油)。但在机泵节电方面、减压抽真空、常压蒸馏等单元还具有一定潜力,需要实施叶轮切削、机械抽真空代替三级抽真空、常顶循取热改造等一些新的技改措施。

Abstract:This paper introduces the energy-saving potential and the improving technology application in CDU.According to the analysis,the energy-saving technology in CDU has had certain effects in electro-desalting,waste heat recovery,atmospheric distillation and decompression vacuum etc.Energy consumption was reduced to the current 8.37 kg/t(standard oil) from the initial start-up of 11.24 kg/t(standard oil) .There are still some potential in pump power-saving,decompression vacuum and atmospheric distillation throug...
