十二五期间云南向南方电网送电曲线研究

摘    要:根据"十二五"期间云南西电东送容量规划,综合考虑送端外送电能力、受端电网承受能力、输电通道经济性以及电网安全性等,研究了"十二五"期间云南给南方电网送电曲线。结果显示,云南向广东的送电规模最大达到18.50 GW,送电量5年累计为286.6 TWh;云南向广西的送电规模最大达到3 GW,送电量3年累计为31.7 TWh;云南向广东送电曲线、向广西送电曲线的输电小时合理范围分别为3 800~5 000 h和3 600~4 800 h。

Abstract:On the basis of electric power transmission capacity planning form west to east during the "12th Five-Year" period,the power transmission curve form Yunnan to CSG is studied and proposed with considering generating capacity of sending power grid,receptivity of received power grid,economical efficiency of transmission equipments and security of power system.Results showed that the maximum scale of power transmission from Yunnan to Guangdong would reach 18.50 GW;electricity would accumulate 286.6 TWh in five years;reasonable transmission equipment availability hour would be between 3 800 h and 5 000 h.Results also showed that from Yunnan to Guangxi,the maximum scale of power transmission would reach 3 GW;electricity would accumulate 31.7 TWh in three years;reasonable transmission equipment availability hour would be between 3 600 h and 4 800 h.
