海南电网AGC超前控制

摘    要:为了改善海南电网自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC),充分发挥火电机组调节性能,基于超短期负荷预测原理建立了海南电网AGC超前控制模型。利用该模型和线性外推法可以预测未来一段时间内每隔5 min的系统负荷,并根据预测自动调整机组发电计划。在两个电厂的火电机组试验结果表明,所提出的AGC超前控制可以改善海南电网的调节质量。

Abstract:In order to improve the automatic generation control (AGC) of Hainan Power Grid so to make full use of the regulation performance of its thermal power units, and based on the ultra-short term load forecasting principle, this paper sets up an advancing AGC model for Hainan Power Grid. With the model and the linear extrapolation method the future system load for every 5 minute section can be forecasted, and based the forecast the generation scheme of thermal power units can be automatically regulated. The test results in two power plants show that the proposed advancing AGC can enhance the regulation quality of Hainan Power Gird.
