基于短路阻抗的配电变压器容量测试装置的研究与应用

摘    要:使用实际容量与铭牌容量不符的变压器,是目前常见的一种窃电方法。文中分析了国家标准中规定的配电变压器短路阻抗的要求,提出了利用变压器短路阻抗来测试变压器实际容量的方法,并研制了相关测试装置。装置测试的结果显示,对于标准容量的变压器,其判别变压器容量的准确率达100%,对于非标准容量的变压器,其测试误差也在允许范围内,并以该装置可以作为供电部门查找此类窃电现象的有力工具。

Abstract:It is a normal electricity theft method that actual capacity is not same as nameplate capacity. This paper analyzed the requirements of short circuit impedance for distribution transformer in national standard, put forward a method to test the capacity of transformer with short circuit impedance and developed the measuring device. The test result shows that the accuracy is 100% for measuring capacity of the transformer with standard capacity, and the accuracy is also within allowable range for the transformer with un-standard capacity. And the device can server as a powerful tool for finding such electricity theft action.
