摘    要:<正> 前言 缺铁性贫血是一种具有普遍性的营养缺乏问题,在发展中国家发病率常达到30%至40%,即使在一些工业发达的国家,发病率也有1%至20%的。缺铁性贫血会影响人体的智能和体格的发育,降低机体对疾病感染的抵抗力和免疫力。故世界各国对缺铁性贫血的防治都给予充分的重视。联合国大学和国际贫血问题顾问小组已合作开展对各种人群铁缺乏预防措施的研


Observation of the Efficiency of the Iron Fortified Kiwi Drinks in Preventing Iron Deficiency Anemia
Abstract:Kiwi solid drink is forti-fied with ferrous sulfate (30mg/100g) and ascorbic acid (150mg/100g). It is found that the ferrous iron stability and iron absorption by rats are increased.It has been demonstrated by rat and human experiments that the hemogolobin level. is very significantly rised and the immunity is enhanced both for rats and humen, especially for children and sportsmen.
