| 摘 要： | 针对非计算机专业学生的教学,采用"分层、分组、互动"教学法是一种有效的教学策略。本文从理论与实践的角度详细讨论了该教学法的概念、实施的必要性、实施的原则和具体办法。实践表明,该教学法能体现"因材施教、以人为本"的教学理念,促进不同层次学生学习的主动性和创造性,实现人人进步、整体提高、和谐发展的教学目标,取得很好的效果。
