高校以人为本的教师管理理念探析

摘    要:教师是高校发展的主体,是高校最核心的资源和竞争力的源泉。实施“以人为本”的管理理念是高校教师管理的必然要求,它有利于高校教师能够得到全面而自由的发展。阐释高校以人为本的教师管理理念的内涵,分析现行高校教师管理中存在的种种问题和弊端,提出实行情感管理、注重教师个性化发展、倡导“无为而治”的柔性管理方式,创设和谐宽松的校园环境,发挥激励的正强化功能作用,实施“以人为本”教师管理理念的实践策略。
