猪苓多糖的提取及其锌配合物抗氧化性研究

摘    要:以猪苓为原料进行猪苓多糖的提取、分离研究,并制备多糖锌,研究多糖和多糖锌的抗氧化性。实验采用微波辅助提取技术,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验确定最佳的提取条件。结果表明:正交实验最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度为75℃、微波提取时间3min、料液比1∶25(g/mL)、pH为6.5和微波功率400W,提取率2.84%。抗氧化实验表明,猪苓多糖和猪苓多糖锌对羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基具有较好的清除作用,清除能力随加入量的增大而增大。猪苓多糖对AP-TEMED体系法产生的(.O2-)清除率达64.3%;对H2O2/Fe体系法所产生的.OH的清除率达63.04%。猪苓多糖锌对AP-TEMED体系法产生的(.O2-)清除率达66.26%;对H2O2/Fe体系法所产生的.OH的清除率达65.2%。
