摘    要:阐述了油量控制套筒的结构及工作原理。针对P系列喷油泵产品研制过程中存在的,焊接在油量控制套筒上的钢球牢度不够,焊接后工件变形太大甚至不能与拉杆匹配的问题,从焊接机理出发,初选6种焊接方法,以55kg抗静弯试验为标准对6种焊接方法进行试验,根据试验结果,选择氨分解保护气氛钎焊作为新的焊接工艺,并对已焊接的零件进行焊接劳度试验,结果表明该焊接工艺完全能够满足设计要求。为了进一步提高产品质量,降低生产成本,提出了今后的工作设想。

Abstract:The paper illustrates the structure and working princip le of fuel control sleeve. Because there will some problems for P-type injecting p ump such as inadequate jointing strength between steel ball and fuel control sle eve, conflicting with control rod due to excessive welding distortion, six weldi ng methods are chosen based on welding principle. Contrast experiments were made for six welding methods with standard 55 kg bending resistant load. It was show ed by results that ammonia gas protection braze welding as a new welding process for fuel control sleeve can meet design requirements, and requests of enduring fatigue experiment can satisfy too, finally some notions for further improving p roduct quality and decreasing cost of series production are put forward in last part of the paper.
