双PID调节在大黑汀电站五号机组调速器中的应用

摘    要: 针对大黑汀电站机组机械反馈链较长的特点,提出并应用了一种新型的双PID调节技术。通过仿真、试验和运行实践证明,此技术能有效地使静特性、3 min空载摆动值、接力器不动时间、甩100%负荷及超过3%额定转速的波峰次数等参数均优于国家标准,改善了调速器的调节品质。

Abstract:In combination with the characteristics of Daheiting Power Station whose unit feedback chain is rather long,a technology of double PID was put forward and applied.Proved by simulation,test and operational practice,the technology can make the parameters of effective static stability,3-minute idling swing,static time of servomotor,frequencies of wave crest of 100% load rejection and over 3% rated rotational speed ect.,better than international standard and improve the quality of governor adjustment.
