直接凝固注模成形制备Al2O3基陶瓷材料的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了用直接凝固注模成形法制备Al2O3基陶瓷材料的基本工艺过程;研究了陶瓷浆料的固相含量,原位凝固剂等对材料性能的影响。结果表明,原位凝固剂可使浆料原位凝固,通过调节固相含量、凝固剂、缓冲剂可以控制凝固时间和陶瓷坯体强度;陶瓷坯体具有尺寸变化率小,密度较高且均匀,足够的脱模强度,表面质量好等特点。

Abstract:The basic processing of Al 2O 3 based ceramics moulding by direct coagulation casting is reported in this paper;The influences of the solid content and coagulant in ceramic slurry on the properties of ceramic green body are investigated.The results show that adding coagulant results in the occurrence of in-situ coagulation of ceramic slurry.By changing the contents of solid,coagulant and buffer in ceramic slurry,the coagulation time and strength of ceramic green body can be abjusted.The ceramic green body is characterized by little dimensional change rate,high green body density,high homogeneity,sufficient strength for demoulding and good green body surface quality.
