直流固态功率控制器保护电路的仿真分析

摘    要:对直流固态功率控制器而言,如何进行短路保护是提高装置安全性和可靠性的关键。针对此问题,文中提出了一种降栅压短路保护方法,借助PSpice电路仿真软件搭建仿真模型,模拟工作过程中突发的短路故障,对电路特性、参数变化影响等方面进行了分析和验证。仿真结果显示该保护电路能够有效地实现对直流固态功率控制器的保护,且保护时间可调。

Abstract:In the DC Solid State Power Controller, the key problem of improving security and reliability is the protection of short circuit fault. A method of short circuit protection circuit in drop gate voltage is proposed in this paper. The gusty short circuit fault of the work status is simulated by the PSpice software. The circuit features and influence of parameter are researched. The simulation results indicate that this protection circuit can solve short circuit fault .The protection time is under control.
