薄煤层采煤机螺旋滚筒破煤过程的数值模拟

摘    要: 摘 要:基于显式动力学软件模拟了薄煤层采煤机螺旋滚筒的动态破煤过程,获得了煤岩体塑性域的动态变化及螺旋滚筒上各截齿的载荷谱,避免了理论公式计算中参数取值的人为误差,为螺旋滚筒的设计、使用和维护提供了理论依据。研究结果表明:滚筒破煤行为并不是连续发生的,而是经历了损伤能量的积聚、煤岩体瞬间大量破碎的周期性交替过程;滚筒同一截线上截齿载荷相关性不大,工况恶劣的薄煤层采煤机螺旋滚筒宜采用一线一齿的小截距截齿排列方式。

Research of thin seam shearer broken coal process
Abstract:Abstract: Based on explicit dynamics software to simulate the thin seam coal shearer drum breaking coal process, got the coal-rock plastic zone dynamic changes and the load spectrum of picks on the drum, which could avoid the human errors in the parameter values and provide a theoretical basis for the spiral drum design, use and maintenance. The results show that: the behavior of drum breaking coal is not continuous, but the accumulation of damage energy, the large number of coal-rock instant broken periodic alternating process; The load of picks in the same line on the drum was not significantly related, the drum should adopt the small distance arrangement of one line by one pick.
