摘    要: 南屯选煤厂细煤泥回收系统由于设备老化导致处理能力有所下降、故障率较高,同时南屯煤矿煤质变化相对较大,这样导致选煤厂细煤泥回收系统不能满足生产要求,压滤煤泥产量过高,产品结构极为不合理。因此必须对现有细煤泥回收工艺系统进行改造优化,增加厂内混煤产品回收,优化产品结构,增加矿井和公司效益。

Abstract:For fine coal slime recovery system of Nantun Coal Preparation Plant,aging equipment causes the processing ability to drop somewhat, high failure rate, at the same time, Nantun coal quality variation is relatively large, resulting in fine coal slime recovery system can not meet the requirement of production, press slime production is too high, the product structure is extremely unreasonable. So it is necessary to existing fine coal slime recovery technology retrofit optimization, increase plant fine slime recovery, optimize the product structure, increase the mine and the company benefits.
