摘 要: | 对传统除尘系统的工作现状进行了分析,并对目前输煤线路及锅炉除尘系统的电能消耗进行了研究和探讨。同时,在对不同情况下除尘器的排风量计算的基础上,从烟尘收集设备的密闭处理、除尘风机变频改造和其他环节的改进三个方面提出了具体的节能控制方案。

The Exploration of Energy-saving Solutions of Dust-removing System in Coal Fire Plants |

Abstract: | This thesis analyses the current condition of traditional dust-removing system as well as probes into the power consumption of coal-conveying lines and boiler dust-removing system.On the basis of the exhaust air rate of dust separator under various situations,this thesis puts forward specific energy-saving solutions from three aspects: the airtight processing of smuts collectors,the frequency converter alteration of dust-removing fans and the improvement of other sections. |
