爆破动荷载作用下露天矿岩质边坡稳定性及支护研究

摘    要:露天矿边坡的稳定性对于矿山安全生产具有重要意义,在爆破作用的长期影响下,岩体会造成损伤积累,降低边坡的稳定性。因此,以攀西地区某露天矿为研究对象,通过现场监测所得的爆破振动速度,基于FLAC3D数值分析软件,研究爆破动荷载作用下岩体的变形特征及动力响应特征,确定危险区域的同时设计锚索进行支护分析爆破动荷载作用下锚杆的轴力特征及多次爆破作用下预应力损失规律。研究结果:边坡在爆破动荷载作用下坡底产生局部剪切破坏且沿上部逐渐发展,在多次爆破作用下预应力持续降低,最大预应力损失比为18.05%,且预应力损失趋势逐渐降低,因此进行支护设计时建议初始预应力值应为设计值的1.2倍,研究结果对于指导露天矿施工具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The stability of the open-pit mine slope is of great significance to the safe production of the mine. Under the long-term influence of blasting, the rock mass will cause damage accumulation. Therefore, this paper takes an open-pit mine in the Panxi area as the research object, and the blasting vibration obtained through on-site monitoring velocity, based on Flac3D numerical analysis software, to study the deformation characteristics and dynamic response characteristics of rock mass under dynamic blasting load, determine the dangerous area and design anchor cables for support analysis. The law of prestress loss under the action of blasting, the following conclusions are mainly drawn through the study: the slope under the action of blasting dynamic load produces local shear failure at the bottom of the slope and gradually develops along the upper part, and the blasting vibration response of velocity and displacement can be known by analyzing the monitoring data. The law is more consistent with the input wave. Under the action of multiple blasting, the maximum prestress loss ratio is 18.05%, and the prestress loss trend is gradually reduced. Therefore, the initial prestress value in the support design should be 1.2 of the design value. The research results provide a certain reference for the construction of open-pit mines.
