| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了某型航空发动机试车台测试系统的设计,分析了试车台的工作原理及组成.系统硬件以VXI数据采集设备为核心,软件采用LabWindows/CVI编写.经测试,该测试系统可稳定工作,满足该型发动机试车数据采集要求,可实时监控发动机试车中各参数情况,判断发动机性能是否合格.

| Abstract: | Firstly,the design of a testing system of a certain type of aero-engine is introduced,then the principle and organization are analyzed.Also,the VXI box which is the key instrument of the hardware system is introduced,and the software that is developed with LabWindows/CVI language is presented.Finally,the test results show that,the testing system works stably and it meets all requests of testing-run of the aero-engine.Also,the performance data of engine can be presented on-line. |
