基于KBE和CAE技术的产品柔性模块设计

以柔性模块化设计理论为基础,将KBE技术与CAE技术集于一体,提出了将KBE技术与CAE相结合的产品柔性模块的创建方法,介绍了以面向对象的专家系统集成开发环境(Visual Frame,VF)为基础完成知识库的构建方法,并以液压机为例,建立了一套基于KBE和CAE技术的液压机机身计算机辅助设计系统框架。实践证明,将KBE技术和CAE技术集于一体,能够较好的解决机械产品的模块化快速响应设计问题。

Research on the integration of KBE and CAE for products flexible modular design

This paper studied the technique of flexible modular creation based on KBE and CAE for mechanic products. Taking a kind of press machine as an example, this paper introduces a method which develops a design expert system with the use of Visual Frame, and sets up a computer aided design frame for mechanic products. The results indicate that the problem of the rapid responsive design of modularization for mechanic products can well be settled with the integration of KBE and CAE.
