纤维状复杂钴盐的制备

摘    要:以氨水、草酸和氯化钴为原料, 通过配位沉淀制备得到了纤维钴粉前驱体--纤维状复杂钴盐粉末。通过XRD分析、化学成分分析和电位-pH图可以得知该复杂钴盐分子式为Co(NH3)x]C2O4·yH2O (x=1.2…6)。初始Co2+浓度、反应时间和温度等因素都能够影响纤维状复杂钴盐的形成。通过电镜图片分析了这些因素对前驱体形貌的影响行为。

Abstract:Fibrous cobalt complex, a precursor of fibrous cobalt powders, can be prepared by coordination precipitation, using ammonia, oxalate and cobalt chloride as the raw materials. Analyzing XRD patterns, element composition and E-pH diagram, it can be concluded that the complex should be Co(NH3)x]C2O4·yH2O (x=1.2…6). Factors such as the initial Co2+ concentration, reaction time and temperature, can affect the formation of the fibrous cobalt complex powders, and the influence of these factors on the precursor morphology was characterized using SEM.
