埃克森IIR内胎与NR内胎的实际使用对比

摘    要:在试验条件相同的情况下,将IIR内胎和NR内胎以单装和混装的方式进行实际使用对比试验。试验结果表明,IIR内胎的气压损失率是NR内受的50%左右;单装IIR内轮胎的车辆比单装NR内胎轮胎的车辆平均节渍9.11%,比IIR内肥轮胎和NR内受轮胎混装的车辆平均节油5.76%;装IIR内胎轮胎的磨耗寿命比装NR内胎轮胎高7.5%;单装IIR内胎轮胎的车辆滑行距离比单装NR内胎轮胎的车辆长;以IIR内胎替

Abstract:A comparative road test between Exxon IIR inner tube and NR inner tube equiped on vehicle in single or mixed way was carried out under the same test conditions. The test results showed that the inflation pressure retention of IIR inner tube was twice as large as that of NR tube;the vehicle equiped with IIR inner tubes consumed averagely 911% less fuel than that with NR inner tubes,and 576% less than that with mixed IIR inner tubes/NR inner tubes;the average tread life of tires equiped with IIR inner tubes was 75% higher than that with NR inner tubes;the coasting distance of the vehicle equiped with IIR inner tubes was longer than that with NR inner tubes;and the remarkable economic efficiency could be obtained by using IIR inner tube instead of NR one.
