耐液化石油气橡胶膜片的研制

摘    要:介绍以丁腈橡胶(NBR)为主体材料,制备耐液化石油气橡胶膜片的过程。重点探讨了丁腈橡胶中结合丙烯腈量、改性PVC弹性体用量、硫化体系、补强剂、软化剂等因素对橡胶膜片耐液化石油气性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明:选择NBR-2707100份;硫黄2.0份;高耐磨炭黑与半补强炭黑并用补强体系60份;古马隆5份;DOP5份及适量其它助剂,可制得性能优越,符合行业标准ZBP45001-90要求的耐液化石油气橡胶膜片。

Abstract:This paper introduced the process of developing the rubber membrane of resistant to liquified petroleum gas based an NBR and discusses the effects of the factors including NBR combined acrylonitrile amount , modified elastomer amount , curative system , strengthening a- gent and softening agent on liquified petroleum gas resistance and mechanical property of the rubber membrane. The result showed that the rubber membrane formulated with NBR 2707 100 phr , sulfur 2. 0phr. the blended strengthening system of HAF carbon black and SRF car- bon black 60phr. coumarone DOP S phr. and proper other additives per the standard of ZB P45 001-90.
