钕系BR在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用

摘    要:将钕纱BR(NdBR)用于全钢载重子午是胶料与目前广泛使用的钕自BR(NiBR)进行小配合和车间大料对比试验。结果表明,NdBR胶料综合物理性能与后者相比有了很大提高,胎侧老化前后的耐疲劳性能以及抗裂性能提高幅度理然的表面光滑、挤出膨胀率小,尺寸稳定性高,NdBR的挤出性能比后者好。有和NdBR作胎侧胶所制10.00R20试验轮胎的耐久性能较使用NiBR作胎侧胶的轮胎提高50%。

Abstract:NdBR was applied to the all steel radial truck tire sidewall compound in laboratory and work shop production and compared with widely used NiBR.The results showed that the comprehensive physical properties of NdBR compound were much better than those of NiBR compound,particularly the fatigue and tear properties of compound before and after aging;and the NdBR compound possessed smoother extrudate surface,smaller die swell and higher dimensional stability.The endurance of 10 00R20 test tire with NdBR sidewall was increased by 50% when compared to that with NiBR sidewall.
