| 摘 要： | 随着中国社会主义市场经济的形成，全社会依靠科学技术发展生产的意识不断加强。但传统观念以及效率低下的传统信息服务模式，又给电力科技信息工作带来了很大压力。如何适应当前的市场经济需要，将电力科技信息工作推上一个新台阶，需要每一个电力科技信息工作者和领导者深入地探索与实践。

However, the traditional thoughts and low efficient service model bring about great pressure on electric power information service. So how to get information service's step and to meet the needs for market economy are every information employee and leader to explore and to practise deeply. |
