| 摘 要： | 从机器人、双丝焊机、高精度变位机和自动化程控系统与焊接夹具等几方面对中部槽的机器人焊接系统设计方式进行了较为详细的介绍.探讨了双丝焊在中部槽焊接中的应用,并对中部槽双丝焊接工艺措施和焊接参数的选择进行试验研究.结果表明,采用有效的工艺对中部槽进行机器人自动焊接,具有焊缝内部质量优良、焊接速度快、自动化程度高等优点.

| Abstract: | We have studied the design of automatic welding robot system for central slot,in trems of robot,twin-wire welding machine, high-precision positioner,program-controlled system and welding clamps as we have detailed recommend.and have discussed twin-wire welding to apply to central slot welding.And the process measure of the twin -wire welding for central slot and choosing welding parameters have been studied.It has excellent quality welding seam with high efficiency,high level of automation. |
