基于遗传算法的产品族模块划分

摘    要:针对大批量定制技术中的产品族模块划分问题,提出了一种基于遗传算法的模块划分方法。以产品零部件在结构和功能上的关联值为主要依据,综合分析零部件在产品生命周期不同阶段的相关性,形成零部件之间的关联矩阵;根据模块划分的原则,构造模块划分模型,并以基于0-1矩阵编码形式的遗传算法对问题进行求解。最后通过实例验证了方法的有效性。
