塔式起重机工程载荷状态研究

目的研究塔式起重机工程载荷状态,提供评估塔式起重机疲劳寿命的依据.方法确定塔式起重机经历工程的工程类型,用以反映塔机工作的起吊特点及工作繁忙程度;在了解其工程类型的基础上,建立相应塔机的工程档案,记录塔机经历具体工程的概况、起吊载荷的大小和作用的次数等;采用放缩系数法及加权修正方法对所记录的数据进行评估、处理及校正.结果确定塔机所经历的工程的载荷状态,可以较为准确地分析和建立塔式起重机所历经的每一个工程的载荷谱,提供了评价塔式起重机疲劳安全可靠的重要根据.结论研究的记录方法简单可行,量化方法可操作性强,有利于塔机的规范化管理,能够反映出塔式起重机工程载荷状态的主要信息,避免了在线监测系统所存在长期维护困难和系统本身可靠性问题.

The Research on the Load Status of Tower Crane

To evaluate the fatigue life of tower crane,research the load status of tower crane.Ascertain the engineering type of tower crane,the engineering type reflects the lifting characteristics and busy degree.On the basis of understanding the engineering,establish the correspondence engineering file that can record the basic load status of tower crane: record a survey of the engineering,the lifting loads and theirs frequency etc;use zooming coefficient method and weighted correction method to evaluate,dispose and revise the record datum.At last accurately ascertain the load status of the engineering that tower crane experienced.The recording method is simple and viable;the quantum method is also simply operated; so the method that the paper put forward pioneers a new way for the accumulation of the load status of tower crane,and it is best for the normative management of the tower crane.
