| 摘 要： | 50mm钢筋及其剥肋滚压直螺纹连接在国内均为首次使用。为确保HRB400-50钢筋接头的连接质量优良，项目部在现场组建QC小组，就提高HRB400-50钢筋剥肋滚压直螺纹连接丝头加工一次合格率开展攻关。通过对现场加工的直螺纹连接丝头质量情况的调查与统计分析，寻找合格率偏低的症结，确定目标及主要原因，然后再有针对性地制定对策与措施，从而解决问题，提高质量。

| Abstract: | 50mm steel bar and its roll extrusion straight threaded connection are the first time to be used. In order to ensure the connection quality of HRB400-50 Reinforcement joint, Project Department set up Quality Control Club on the spot, to increase the percent of working pass for the straight threaded connection thrum. Through the investigation and statistics on quality of thrum worked on the spot, found out the reason why the percent of pass low, and then formulated countermeasure to improve the quality of joint. |
