| 摘 要： | 为减少横织毛巾带来的扒缝与抽毛织疵，对主要工艺参数进行了重新设定和调整。认为综框的高低位置、机上张力、起毛机械机件位置的调整及投梭时间、投梭力的配合是影响此疵点的关键。

| Abstract: | We have reduced the weaving defects of pushing-aside slot and taking-out hair in acrossweaving towel by reseting and adjusting the main technical parameters. The key factors that influence these defects are the height position of heald shaft, the tension on the loom, adjusting ofthe position of the pile mechanisms, and the cooperating of the picking time and the pickingforce. |
